Three New CIPET Centres Inaugurated

On 4th March, three Central Institute of Petrochemicals Engineering & Technology (CIPET) centres in Himachal Pradesh, Jharkhand, and Madhya Pradesh.

• These centres aim to provide skill development training to unemployed youth in polymer/plastics and allied industries.
• Courses offered include Diploma in Plastics Mould Technology (DPMT), Diploma in Plastics Technology (DPT), and more.
• The centres also offer technical support services and promote polymer industries in the regions.
• Government support includes free land allocation and funding for infrastructure development.
