Sindhu Gangadharan Appointed as Nasscom Chairperson

SAP Labs India Managing Director, Sindhu Gangadharan, has been appointed as the chairperson of Nasscom, succeeding Rajesh Nambiar, who has been named president-designate for the IT industry body.

Sindhu Gangadharan, the first woman to lead SAP Labs India, has been appointed as the chairperson of Nasscom, taking over from Rajesh Nambiar with immediate effect.
Gangadharan’s appointment marks a significant milestone in her career, following her role as the Chair for Nasscom’s GCC Council last year, where she contributed to the council’s strategic direction.
She is also a board member of Siemens India and Titan Company, and she serves on the Steering Committee of the Indo-German Chamber of Commerce, reflecting her extensive experience in the tech industry.
