Bharat NCX 2024

On 18th Nov 2024, the Bharat National Cyber Security Exercise (Bharat NCX 2024) was inaugurated to enhance India's cybersecurity resilience, focusing on advanced cyber defence and strategic decision-making.
- Bharat NCX 2024, organized by the National Security Council Secretariat (NSCS) and Rashtriya Raksha University (RRU), is a 12-day exercise aimed at improving the capabilities of India's cybersecurity professionals and leadership.
- The exercise includes technical training on cyber defence and incident response, along with live-fire simulations of cyberattacks targeting IT and OT systems to prepare participants for real-world scenarios.
- A key feature of the exercise is the Strategic Decision-Making Exercise, where senior management from various sectors will practice responding to cyber crises, improving their strategic thinking and crisis management abilities.
- The exercise is designed to foster collaboration between government and industry stakeholders, enhancing leadership engagement and capacity building to tackle emerging cyber threats effectively.
