On 19th February 2025, India was elected to the Vice Presidency of the International Association of Aids to Marine Navigation (IALA) at its first General Assembly in Singapore.
- The Indian delegation is led by the Ministry of Ports, Shipping, and Waterways Secretary, T.K. Ramachandran.
