India-Chile Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement

On 8th May 2025, India and Chile officially signed the Terms of Reference (ToR) for negotiating a Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (CEPA), marking a milestone in advancing their bilateral trade framework.

- CEPA Launch: The ToR was signed by Chilean Ambassador Juan Angulo and India’s Joint Secretary (Commerce) Vimal Anand on May 8.
