- Theme: The meeting focused on “Strengthening Global South Cooperation for More Inclusive and Sustainable Governance.”
- WTO Reform: India raised the issue of public stockholding (PSH) and promoted its “30 for 30” proposal – a roadmap of 30 WTO reforms before its 30th anniversary in 2025.

- Climate Trade Measures: The declaration warned against the misuse of climate-related trade policies as disguised restrictions.
- India’s Presidency in 2026: India praised Brazil’s consensus-driven leadership and pledged to advance inclusive trade in its upcoming term.
- Digital Governance Leadership: India showcased Digital India, IndiaAI, and DPI (Digital Public Infrastructure) as key models. It committed to global cooperation via forums like G20 and GPAI.
