On 18th August 2025, Manika Vishwakarma from Rajasthan was crowned Miss Universe India 2025 at a grand ceremony held in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

The crown was presented to Manika by Rhea Singha, the winner of Miss Universe India 2024.
Manika will now represent India at the 74th Miss Universe pageant, scheduled to be held in Thailand on 21 November 2025.
