On 25th August 2025, India and Fiji signed seven agreements in New Delhi covering health, capacity building, and major development projects.

- Healthcare Cooperation: India to build a 100-bed super speciality hospital in Suva; dialysis units, sea ambulances, and Jan Aushadhi centres to be established for affordable healthcare.
- Cybersecurity & Security Ties: Both sides to collaborate on cybersecurity, data protection, and counter-terrorism; an action plan prepared for defence and security cooperation.
- Climate Change & Renewable Energy: Recognising Fiji’s climate vulnerability, both nations to work together in renewable energy; partnership reinforced through ISA, CDRI, and Global Biofuels Alliance
- Strengthening Relations: Fiji’s Prime Minister Rabuka appreciated India’s support, reaffirmed Fiji’s commitment to peace, development, and deeper ties with India.
