Puri Police Launches WhatsApp Chatbot

On 2nd April 2026, Puri Police launched a new initiative, the “Puri Police Assistant - WhatsApp Chatbot”, aimed at making citizen services faster, more convenient, and people-centric.

• Citizens can access the service by sending “Hi” to +91 8763199400 or scanning a QR code.
• The chatbot offers services such as e-complaints, lost mobile reporting, feedback submission, and locating nearby police stations.
• It also provides parking details and tourist assistance, improving convenience for visitors.
• The platform aims to ensure faster, transparent, and more effective grievance redressal.
• The project is supported by PNB ONE and implemented by Rezler Systems.
