Swiatek Wins Wimbledon with Historic Double Bagel

On 13th July 2205, Poland’s Iga Swiatek captured her first Wimbledon title with a ruthless 6-0, 6-0 win over American 13th seed Amanda Anisimova, etching her name in tennis history.

• Iga Swiatek became the first woman in over a century to win a Wimbledon final with a double bagel scoreline, last seen in 1911, and the first in any major since Steffi Graf's 1988 French Open final.
• The win marks Swiatek’s sixth Grand Slam title, adding to her four French Open trophies and one U.S. Open crown, making her the youngest woman since Serena Williams in 2002 to win majors on all three surfaces.
