India, Singapore Begin Joint Military Exercise ‘Bold Kurukshetra’

On 27th July 2025, the 14th edition of the India-Singapore Joint Military Exercise ‘Bold Kurukshetra’ commenced in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, and is scheduled to continue until 4th August.

The ongoing edition of Exercise Bold Kurukshetra is being conducted as a tabletop exercise and computer-based wargame focusing on validating operational procedures for mechanised warfare.
The primary aim of the exercise is to enhance interoperability between the Indian Army and the Singapore Army, especially in scenarios aligned with United Nations peacekeeping operations.
As part of the exercise schedule, the training will culminate in a comprehensive equipment display organised by the Indian Army, showcasing its technological capabilities and battlefield systems.
Bold Kurukshetra 2025 is designed to foster mutual learning, strengthen tactical coordination, and promote information sharing between the two professional armies.
The joint training effort is a reflection of the growing strategic partnership between India and Singapore, particularly in the defence and security domain.
