India, Singapore Begin Joint Military Exercise ‘Bold Kurukshetra’

On 27th July 2025, the 14th edition of the India-Singapore Joint Military Exercise ‘Bold Kurukshetra’ commenced in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, and is scheduled to continue until 4th August.

  • The ongoing edition of Exercise Bold Kurukshetra is being conducted as a tabletop exercise and computer-based wargame focusing on validating operational procedures for mechanised warfare.
  • The primary aim of the exercise is to enhance interoperability between the Indian Army and the Singapore Army, especially in scenarios aligned with United Nations peacekeeping operations.
  • As part of the exercise schedule, the training will culminate in a comprehensive equipment display organised by the Indian Army, showcasing its technological capabilities and battlefield systems.
  • Bold Kurukshetra 2025 is designed to foster mutual learning, strengthen tactical coordination, and promote information sharing between the two professional armies.
