National e-Governance Conference Begins 2025

On 22nd September 2025, the Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances, in collaboration with the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology and the Government of Andhra Pradesh, inaugurated the 28th National Conference on e-Governance in Visakhapatnam, focusing on ‘Viksit Bharat: Civil Service and Digital Transformation.’
- The two-day conference, scheduled for 22nd and 23rd September 2025, was inaugurated by Dr. Jitendra Singh, Minister of State (Independent Charge) for the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions, alongside N. Chandrababu Naidu, Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh.
- The conference aims to highlight the role of civil services in leveraging digital transformation to achieve a developed India, reflecting the government’s commitment to modernising public administration.
- Organisers have planned six plenary sessions and six breakout sessions, designed to address a variety of topics related to e-Governance and public service reforms.
