Centre for Development of Telematics (C-DOT)

On 13th February 2026, the Centre for Development of Telematics (C-DOT) and Rashtriya Raksha University (RRU), Gandhinagar, signed an MoU to collaborate in telecom and cybersecurity innovation.

  • An Innovation-cum-Experience Centre will be set up at the RRU campus for joint research and technology development.
  • Focus areas include cybersecurity, quantum technologies, AI & ML, IoT, machine-to-machine solutions, 5G networks, and mission-critical services.
  • The centre will also conduct training, skilling, and capacity-building programmes to create an industry-ready workforce.
  • The initiative aims to strengthen self-reliant innovation in telecom and cybersecurity.
