On 10th June 2026, the School Education Department of Tripura launched the state's first Online School Monitoring System to strengthen academic monitoring and improve learning outcomes.

  • The initiative aims to enhance Foundational Literacy and Numeracy (FLN), improve accountability and enable real-time monitoring of schools across the state.
  • The system was launched under the guidance of Chief Minister Manik Saha following a high-level review of the state's education sector.
  • The platform enables district and state authorities to monitor schools in real time, identify learning gaps and undertake timely corrective interventions.
  • It is designed to promote transparency, efficiency and data-driven decision-making in school governance.
  • Block Resource Persons (BRPs) and Cluster Resource Persons (CRPs) will conduct regular school inspections and upload reports through the online platform.
