Ministry of Tourism Signs MoU with Air India

On 27th July 2026, the Ministry of Tourism signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Air India to jointly promote India as a preferred global tourism destination under the 'Incredible India' brand.
- The MoU was signed in New Delhi in the presence of Union Minister for Tourism and Culture Gajendra Singh Shekhawat.
- The partnership aims to combine the Ministry's destination promotion initiatives with Air India's domestic and international network to strengthen inbound tourism and position India as a global transit and travel hub.
- Both organisations will collaborate on tourism promotion, destination branding, content development, international marketing, and stakeholder engagement.
- Joint promotional campaigns will be undertaken under the 'Incredible India' brand using digital and offline platforms.
- Tourism-related content showcasing India's attractions will be featured across Air India's customer touchpoints, including its in-flight entertainment systems.
