Sangeet Natak Akademi Awards

Over 90 artists from Indian classical music, dance, theatre, folk art, and scholarship honored at the Sangeet Natak Akademi awards.

• Ceremony held at Vigyan Bhavan for the 2022 and 2023 editions, attended by President Droupadi Murmu and Culture Minister Kishan Reddy.
• Awardees include Hindustani vocalist Kalapini Komkali, playwright Asif Ali Haider Khan, martial artist Gurpreet Singh Khalsa, and dancer Manjula Ramaswamy.
• Five artistes also receive fellowships for their contributions to the performing arts.
