- E-Hansa Electric Aircraft: India is developing E-Hansa, a next-gen two-seater electric trainer aircraft, as part of the indigenous HANSA-3 (NG) program. It is nearly 50% cheaper than imported trainer aircraft.
- Developed by CSIR-NAL: The aircraft is being designed by CSIR-National Aerospace Laboratories (NAL), Bengaluru, promoting self-reliance in aviation technology.
- ISRO’s SPADEX Success: The Minister praised ISRO for its successful SPADEX mission, vital for mastering docking/undocking capabilities for the upcoming Gaganyaan human spaceflight.
