On 13th June 2025, The National Conference on Agri Stack, held in New Delhi, showcased India’s digital leap in agriculture, spotlighting AI innovations and state-level successes enabled by the Agri Stack initiative.

  • The Ministry of Agriculture & Farmers Welfare organized the event to emphasize how digital technologies, particularly AI and data integration, are revolutionizing service delivery in agriculture.
  • A major highlight was the introduction of an AI chatbot, powered by Google Gemini and trained on Agri Stack data, designed to respond to farmers’ queries in multiple Indian languages, thus improving accessibility and awareness.
  • The newly launched Digitally Verifiable Credential (DVC), known as Kisan Pehchan Patra, provides authenticated, dynamically updated digital credentials linked to land parcels and crop data, integrated with DigiLocker.
  • A new grievance redressal portal was unveiled, featuring OTP login, multilingual access, and audio upload options, allowing farmers or their authorized representatives to easily report and resolve land and service-related issues.
