Jahnavi Dangeti to Join Titans Space Mission

On 26th June 2025, it was announced that Jahnavi Dangeti will become the first Indian astronaut to participate in the US-based Titans Space mission, scheduled for 2029.
- Jahnavi Dangeti, a graduate of NASA’s International Air and Space Program, will make history as the first Indian astronaut on the Titans Space mission, highlighting her significant contributions to space exploration and advocacy for STEM education.
- The Titans Space mission is expected to last around five hours and will involve the spacecraft orbiting Earth twice, allowing the crew to witness two sunrises and two sunsets in a single flight.
- During the mission, astronauts will experience close to three hours of continuous zero gravity, which will offer a groundbreaking opportunity for advanced scientific research and spaceflight testing.
