Unified RERA Portal Launched for Transparency

On 4th September 2025, Minister of Housing and Urban Affairs Manohar Lal launched the Unified Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (RERA) portal during the 5th meeting of the Central Advisory Council held in New Delhi.

The launch of the Unified RERA portal marks a significant step toward enhancing transparency and accountability in India’s real estate sector by consolidating all information under a single digital platform.
Minister emphasized that the portal will empower homebuyers with reliable access to data on registered projects, developers, and agents across various States and Union Territories.
The Minister underlined that the new portal will simplify access to RERA-related services by integrating state-level portals, thereby making compliance easier for real estate developers and stakeholders.
