Centre Seeks Public Feedback on Pesticides Bill, 2025

On 7th January 2026, the Centre invited suggestions from stakeholders and the general public on the draft Pesticides Management Bill, 2025, aimed at ensuring quality pesticides for farmers while decriminalising minor offences to promote ease of living and ease of doing business.
