GeM and WTC Mumbai Sign MoU

On 19th January 2026, Government e-Marketplace (GeM) and World Trade Centre Mumbai signed a Memorandum of Understanding to expand outreach and strengthen MSME participation in public procurement.

The partnership aims to promote inclusive access for startups, women entrepreneurs and small enterprises, while enhancing GeM’s global presence.
Focus areas include capacity building, supplier outreach and knowledge sharing in emerging domains such as artificial intelligence, sustainability and green procurement.
