Yuva Sangam (Phase VI) under Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat

On 2nd March 2026, the Ministry of Education launched the online registration portal for Yuva Sangam – Phase VI under the Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat (EBSB) initiative.
- Yuva Sangam is a flagship youth exchange programme under the Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat (EBSB) initiative.
- The programme is organised by the Department of Higher Education to strengthen emotional bonds and mutual understanding among youth from different States and Union Territories.
- Youth aged 18-30 years, including students of higher education institutions, NSS and NYKS volunteers, and young professionals are eligible to apply.
- Applications can be submitted through portals of the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and the Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat platform.
- Phase V recorded more than 46,000 registrations nationwide.
- Since its launch in 2022, over 6,000 youth and coordinators have participated in exchange tours across India.
- In Phase VI, 22 Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) have been identified as nodal institutions.
- Selected participants will undertake 5-7 day educational and cultural tours to paired States or Union Territories.
