NatWest India Partners with IIT Delhi for Innovation

On 27th April 2026, NatWest Group India partnered with Indian Institute of Technology Delhi through its Foundation for Innovation and Technology Transfer (FITT) to strengthen industry-academia collaboration via research and pilot projects.
- The partnership will focus on research and pilot projects in Artificial Intelligence, fintech, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies.
- It aims to bridge academic research with real-world business challenges.
- The collaboration will support joint innovation programmes involving researchers, startups, and students.
- This is FITT’s first partnership with a global banking institution.
- The initiative is expected to strengthen talent development and innovation pipelines.
- NatWest said the collaboration will help advance customer experience, technology, data, and AI solutions.
- IIT Delhi highlighted the partnership as a model for translating research into scalable global solutions.
