IPC Signs MoU with Uttar Pradesh Promote Pharma Council

On 14th July 2026, the Indian Pharmacopoeia Commission (IPC) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Uttar Pradesh Promote Pharma Council (UPPPC) to strengthen India's pharmaceutical and medical device ecosystem.

  • The MoU aims to promote quality standards, regulatory excellence, innovation, and capacity building in the pharmaceutical and medical device sectors.
  • It will foster research, innovation, and industry-academia collaboration.
  • IPC and UPPPC will jointly organise training programmes, workshops, and capacity-building initiatives.
  • The Indian Pharmacopoeia Commission (IPC) is an autonomous institution under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare.
