ETHANOL 100 Fuel

On 15th March, Union Minister launched ETHANOL 100 fuel at select IndianOil outlets in Maharashtra, Karnataka, UP, Delhi, and Tamil Nadu.

• Inspired by PM's vision, ETHANOL 100 aims to transform transportation, reduce dependence on fossil fuels.
• ETHANOL 100 contributes to reducing import dependency, conserving foreign exchange, and boosting the agriculture sector.
• India aims for 20% ethanol blending by 2025-26, with E20 availability at 12,000 outlets.
• Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs) sign long-term agreements with ethanol plants to increase production capacity.
• ETHANOL 100 offers lower emissions, improved engine efficiency, and compatibility with a wide range of vehicles, including flex-fuel vehicles.
