DhartiAaba Janbhagidari Abhiyan

On 15th June 2025, the Ministry of Tribal Affairs launched the DhartiAaba Janbhagidari Abhiyan, a massive benefit saturation campaign aimed at empowering tribal communities across more than 1 lakh villages in 549 tribal and 207 PVTG districts.

Key Points

Inclusive Development Push: The campaign aims to deliver government welfare schemes directly to tribal households, ensuring last-mile delivery and dignity.
Scope & Scale: Covers 549 tribal-majority districts and 207 Particularly Vulnerable Tribal Groups (PVTG) districts between June 15–30, 2025.
Community-Led Model: Described as an unprecedented, people-driven initiative under Janjatiya Gaurav Varsh, it promotes grassroots participation.
Multi-Scheme Delivery: Entitlements include Aadhaar, Ayushman Bharat, PM-Kisan, Jan Dhan accounts, pensions, scholarships, insurance, and skilling programs.
Framework Integration: Operates under PM-JANMAN and Dharti Aaba Janjatiya Gram Utkarsh Abhiyan (DAJGUA), reinforcing Antyodaya and Janbhagidari principles.
On-Ground Mobilization: Over 125 District Magistrates and Deputy Commissioners have begun local outreach in coordination with Panchayats and tribal leaders.
