PM Concludes Historic First Official Visit to Croatia

On 18th June 2025, Indian Prime Minister concluded his first-ever official visit to Croatia, marking a significant milestone in India-Croatia relations.

  • Bilateral Talks: PM and Croatian PM held delegation-level talks at Banski Dvori, committing to strengthen democratic values, peace, and global cooperation.
  • Peace Advocacy: PM emphasised that conflicts in Europe or Asia must be resolved through dialogue and diplomacy, not warfare.
  • Strategic Partnerships: New areas of collaboration include IT, clean tech, defence, shipbuilding, agriculture, semiconductors, and renewable energy. A long-term Defence Cooperation Plan is also in the works.
