Indian Navy to Join 32nd SIMBEX in Singapore

On 18th July 2025, the Indian Navy confirmed its participation in the 32nd edition of the Singapore-India Maritime Bilateral Exercise (SIMBEX), scheduled to take place later this month in Singapore.
- SIMBEX, formerly known as Exercise Lion King, is one of India’s longest-standing uninterrupted bilateral maritime drills and reflects enduring naval cooperation with Singapore.
- Four Indian Naval Ships – INS Delhi, INS Satpura, INS Kiltan, and INS Shakti – have already arrived in Singapore to participate in the upcoming drill.
- These warships, all indigenously developed, are equipped with state-of-the-art capabilities tailored for a wide range of modern naval operations and joint training missions.
