Sanchar Saathi App Now Available in 22 Languages

On 29th July 2025, Communications Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia launched the Sanchar Saathi mobile app in Hindi and 21 regional languages, expanding its accessibility across India.
- The Sanchar Saathi app, originally launched in January, is aimed at empowering users to protect themselves against telecom-related fraud by reporting suspicious calls, tracing lost phones, and checking for unauthorized mobile connections.
- With the addition of Hindi and 21 regional languages, the app is now better equipped to reach citizens in diverse linguistic regions, enhancing digital inclusion and user convenience.
- Since its initial rollout, Sanchar Saathi has recorded over 46 lakh downloads, indicating strong public interest and demand for tools that secure personal telecom data.
