On 14th September, 2025, the Emmy Awards in Los Angeles celebrated television’s finest, with The Studio, The Pitt, Severance, Hacks, and Adolescence emerging as major winners of the night.

The Studio created history by winning 13 trophies in total, including those from last week’s Creative Arts Emmys, setting a record for the most wins by a comedy in a single year.
The Pitt clinched the Outstanding Drama Series award, establishing HBO Max’s dominance in the category, while its star Noah Wyle was honoured as Outstanding Lead Actor in a Drama Series.
Apple TV+’s Severance continued to impress, with Britt Lower winning Outstanding Lead Actress in a Drama Series, reaffirming the show’s strong appeal.
HBO Max’s Hacks shone with Jean Smart taking home Outstanding Lead Actress in a Comedy Series, highlighting her enduring brilliance.
Netflix’s Adolescence pulled off a sweeping victory in the Outstanding Limited or Anthology Series category, with Stephen Graham winning Outstanding Lead Actor for his compelling performance.
