India Re-Elected to Codex Executive Committee

On 18th November 2025, India was unanimously re-elected to the Codex Executive Committee (CCEXEC) for the Asia region during the 48th Codex Alimentarius Commission (CAC48) session, reaffirming its leadership role in global food standards.
- The mandate will extend until CAC50 in 2027, ensuring India continues representing the technical and trade priorities of the Asian continent.
