Government Launches Free National AI Course

On 18th November 2025, the Government of India launched YUVA AI for ALL, a free, 4.5-hour national course aimed at making Artificial Intelligence accessible, simple, and understandable for every Indian citizen.

The Ministry of Electronics and IT announced that YUVA AI for ALL is a completely free, self-paced programme designed to introduce foundational AI concepts to learners across age groups and backgrounds.
The Ministry highlighted that the course consists of six short, simplified modules that focus on practical understanding, hands-on learning, and real-world applications of Artificial Intelligence.
The programme is available on major national learning platforms including FutureSkills Prime, iGOT Karmayogi, and several leading ed-tech portals to ensure maximum reach and easy access.
Every learner who successfully completes the course will receive an official Government of India certificate, enhancing both credibility and recognition for those seeking basic AI literacy.
The initiative is part of the broader IndiaAI Mission, which aims to democratize AI knowledge while building a future-ready workforce capable of engaging with emerging technologies responsibly.
