ICAR, NDDB Sign MoU for Dairy Sector Collaboration

On 12th January 2026, the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the National Dairy Development Board (NDDB) to deepen collaboration across the dairy value chain.
- The MoU aims to synergise ICAR’s scientific and research expertise with NDDB’s field-level experience to address emerging challenges at the grassroots
- Director General of ICAR, said the partnership would enable a structured approach to tackle issues such as climate resilience, low productivity and value chain development in the dairy sector.
- The collaboration will focus on knowledge sharing, technology development and validation, human resource development, and joint training programmes for researchers, professionals and farmers.
