FSSAI Draft Packaging Amendment for Pan Masala

On 28th April 2026, the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) notified the Draft Food Safety and Standards (Packaging) Amendment Regulations, 2026, proposing changes to the 2018 regulations, including specific provisions for pan masala packaging.
