‘SAMADHAN DIDI’

On 30th May 2026, Union Minister of State for Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions launched the AI-enabled CPGRAMS Voice Chatbot SAMADHAN DIDI in New Delhi.

  • The chatbot was developed by the Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG) in collaboration with Bhashini.
  • SAMADHAN DIDI enables citizens to register public grievances through an interactive voice-based conversational interface.
  • The chatbot currently supports all 22 Scheduled Indian Languages, with plans to include more regional and local languages in the future.
  • It allows citizens to submit grievances through both voice and text, making grievance registration more accessible and inclusive.
  • The platform uses Artificial Intelligence for intelligent grievance categorisation and automatically routes complaints to the appropriate ministry, department or authority.
