Centralised Online Patient Feedback System

On 1st June 2026, the Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) launched a Centralized Online Patient Feedback System across all its hospitals and dispensaries nationwide.

  • The initiative aims to capture real-time patient feedback on cleanliness, staff behaviour, quality of services and availability of medicines.
  • The system features OTP-based validation, multilingual support and real-time monitoring dashboards to ensure authentic and effective feedback collection.
  • Service ratings below 3 are automatically flagged for immediate corrective action by the concerned authorities.
  • The digital platform allows Insured Persons (IPs) and beneficiaries to share their healthcare experiences, raise concerns and provide suggestions for service improvement.
  • Feedback links are sent directly to beneficiaries via SMS after availing services through the ESIC HIS (Dhanwantri) Module.
