India Wins FIH Women's Nations Cup 2026

On 21st June 2026, the Indian Women's Hockey Team defeated New Zealand 2-0 in the final to win the FIH Women's Nations Cup 2026, earning promotion to the FIH Pro League.

India defeated New Zealand 2-0 in the final with goals from Navneet Kaur and Sunelita Toppo in the first quarter.
With the victory, India secured promotion to the FIH Pro League, returning to the elite international women's hockey competition.
This was India's second FIH Women's Nations Cup title, having also won the inaugural edition in 2022.
