Delhi HC Fast Track Court Under Anti-Paper Leak Law

On 23rd July 2026, the Delhi High Court constituted a dedicated Fast Track Court to exclusively hear cases under the Public Examinations (Prevention of Unfair Means) Act, 2024.

- Judicial Appointment: Anu Grover Baliga has been appointed as the Special Judge to preside over the newly constituted court.
- Administrative Control: The court will function under the administrative control of the Principal District and Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge (PC Act) (CBI), Rouse Avenue Courts Complex.
- Transfer of Cases: All pending cases under the Act and connected offences will be transferred to the newly established Fast Track Court.
- Objective: The initiative aims to ensure speedy trials and strict punishment in cases involving examination paper leaks and other unfair practices.
