India Records Highest-Ever Fund Mobilisation in June 2026

According to National Stock Exchange’s (NSE) Market Pulse Report, total fund mobilisation through equity, debt and business trusts reached a record ₹3.15 lakh crore in June 2026, registering a 122% month-on-month increase.

- Debt Issuances: Debt mobilisation increased by 142% to ₹2.59 lakh crore, driven by higher issuances of Commercial Papers (CPs) and privately placed Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs).
- Commercial Papers: CP issuances more than doubled to ₹1.9 lakh crore, reflecting strong short-term funding demand from corporates.
- Non-Convertible Debentures: Private NCD issuances rose to nearly ₹69,700 crore, indicating increased corporate borrowing through debt markets.
- Equity Mobilisation: Equity fund mobilisation grew by 83% to around ₹53,000 crore, led by preferential allotments and Qualified Institutional Placements (QIPs).
