Friends of MY Bharat

On 19th August 2026, the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports launched ‘Friends of MY Bharat’ to engage Indian-origin youth worldwide.

Developed through MY Bharat, the platform connects Indian-origin students and young professionals with volunteering and nation-building opportunities.
Registered youth can share information about their youth clubs, associations, activities and areas of engagement.
The platform offers volunteering opportunities in education, environment, health awareness, disaster relief and cultural preservation.
A dedicated ‘Know Your India’ section provides information on India’s culture, heritage, history, tourism and prominent leaders.
