Platform for Aggregating Clean Transport (PACT)

On 7th September 2026, during the 5th e-FAST India Summit 2026, NITI Aayog launched the Platform for Aggregating Clean Transport (PACT) to accelerate zero-emission freight deployment in India.

PACT aggregates freight demand from shippers, LSPs and ecosystem stakeholders.
It translates freight demand into deployment opportunities across identified freight corridors.
The platform connects shippers, LSPs, manufacturers, financiers and charge point operators (CPOs).
It improves demand visibility and supports corridor-based charging infrastructure planning.
PACT strengthens the commercial case for electric medium- and heavy-duty vehicles (e-MHDVs).
