International Intellectual Property Index 2025

The 13th edition of the International Intellectual Property (IP) Index 2025 was released by the US Chamber of Commerce on April 15, 2025.

The index evaluated 55 countries on the strength of their IP frameworks across key indicators to promote innovation and creativity globally.

Key Findings (Global)

  • The United States topped the index with a score of 95.17%, followed by the United Kingdom (93.98%), France (93.51%), and Germany (92.42%).
  • Saudi Arabia, UAE, and Kuwait showed the most significant improvements, with score increases of 17.55%, 11.22%, and 8.87%, respectively.
