  • Four Key Areas of Training: UGC employees will undergo training in four essential areas—behavioural, functional, domain, and technology competencies.
  • Behavioural Competencies: Enabling UGC staff to take up more significant roles than their usual responsibilities.
  • Functional Competencies: Improving performance in administration, procurement, and financial management.
  • Domain Competencies: Enhancing skills in specialized fields such as policy-making or project management.
  • Technology Competencies: Providing training in newer technologies to achieve shorter turnaround times, improve efficiency, ensure better digital record-keeping, and utilize technology platforms for effective stakeholder outreach.
