ISRO's 101st PSLV Launch Fails After 2nd Stage

On 18th May 2025, ISRO launched its 101st Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle (PSLV-C61) carrying the EOS-09 satellite from the Satish Dhawan Space Centre, Sriharikota. The mission failed shortly after the second stage.
