MoSPI Unveils Digital Transformation Products at CoCSSO 2025

On 26th September 2025, the Ministry of Statistics and Programme Implementation (MoSPI) launched a suite of digital transformation products at the 29th Conference of Central and State Statistical Organisations (CoCSSO), aiming to build a transparent, standardized and AI-ready statistical ecosystem.

The revamped MoSPI website (mospi.gov.in) features intuitive navigation, advanced search, an AI-based multilingual chatbot, and cloud-first architecture for improved access to statistical resources.
The GoI Stats app is now available on iOS, following its Android launch on Statistics Day, which has already crossed 10,000 downloads.
The PAIMANA (Project Assessment Infrastructure Monitoring and Analytics for Nation-building) portal (ipm.mospi.gov.in) was launched to replace OCMS, monitoring projects worth Rs 150 crore and above across key sectors. It offers analytics-driven reports, customizable dashboards, and a mobile app.
The National Metadata Structure (NMDS) portal (nmds.mospi.gov.in) provides a centralized repository of standardized metadata for all data-producing agencies with features like version control, audit trails, export options, API integration, and advanced filtering.
