EARTH Summit 2025

On 5th December 2025 Union Home & Cooperation Minister inaugurated the EARTH Summit 2025 in Gandhinagar, launching over 13 new digital and cooperative services under the ‘Sahakar Sarathi’ initiative.

Union Home & Cooperation Minister launched Digi KCC, Campaign Sarathi, Website Sarathi, Cooperative Governance Index, ePACS, the World’s Largest Grain Storage Application, Shiksha Sarathi and the Sarathi Technology Forum as part of the ministry’s push toward digital and cooperative reform.
He said the EARTH Summit series comprises three editions aimed at strengthening India's rural economy, with the third meeting in Delhi next year expected to finalise a comprehensive policy framework.
He outlined plans to establish a cooperative institution in every Panchayat, expand cooperative membership to over 50 crore citizens and significantly raise the cooperative sector’s contribution to India’s GDP.
