AI-Powered Teacher App 2.0 Launched

On 23rd February 2026, Union Education Minister launched the Teacher App 2.0, Powered by AI in collaboration with Bharti Airtel and CK-12 Foundation in New Delhi.
- The app is designed as an AI-driven tech companion to empower and support schoolteachers.
- It provides tools, digital content, and performance dashboards to make teaching more engaging and productive.
- The Minister stated that the government is rapidly embedding Artificial Intelligence in education, and the launch strengthens India’s ongoing AI revolution.
- The Minister urged collaborators to use sovereign Language Learning Models and ensure training tools are available in the majority of Indian languages.
