NHAI Expands Digital Services on RajmargYatra App
- 21 Jul 2026
Recently, the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) expanded the RajmargYatra mobile application by introducing the Digital Local Pass facility and the MargMitra Help Centre to enhance citizen-centric digital services for National Highway users.
- The Digital Local Pass enables eligible commuters to purchase monthly toll passes online through the RajmargYatra app without visiting toll plazas.
- The facility has been launched initially at the Mundka–Bakkarwala Toll Plaza on Urban Extension Road-II (UER-II), Delhi.
- Residents living within a 20-km radius of an eligible toll plaza can obtain a one-month unlimited travel pass.
- The system uses DigiLocker, VAHAN, and GIS-based verification to digitally authenticate address, vehicle registration, and FASTag details.
