Swami Vivekananda Cultural Youth Centre in Mysuru

On 1st August 2026, Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the Swami Vivekananda Cultural Youth Centre – Viveka Smaraka in Mysuru, Karnataka.

• The Viveka Smaraka has been established to inspire young people towards national service, social welfare and leadership based on the ideals of Swami Vivekananda.
• The Prime Minister praised the Ramakrishna Ashrama for its long-standing contribution to education, healthcare and disaster relief.
